I grant Cailene Creatives the unrestricted and irrevocable right to use and publish photos taken of me, with or without my name or a fictitious name, in any and all forms, including but not limited to social media, print, online publishing, marketing materials, commercial art, advertising, and for any product or service.

I release Cailene Creatives from any and all claims that may arise out of the use or connection with the use of these images, including the expectation of privacy or confidentiality for myself and/or any minor depicted in these images. I acknowledge that I will not receive financial compensation or royalties of any kind associated with the images taken of myself and/or minor associated with these photographs.

Other lawful uses may be determined by Cailene Creatives at a later time. I waive any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images in marketing materials and publications of any type. I hereby release Cailene Creatives, their employees and any third-parties involved in the distribution or publication of these images, from any and all liability associated with my participation in the creation of these images. I have read and fully understand the terms of this release.
